Q Are you a factory or trading company? Where is your factory located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou, China.
Q What is your delivery time?
For standard size models with material in stock (less than 500 pcs), it takes 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days depending on quantity. We can complete production in 15 days for orders up to 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
Q What are your payment terms and trade terms?
Payment terms are a 40% deposit with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card or Alibaba platform payments are also accepted. Standard trade terms are EXW or FOB, and other terms can be negotiated.
Q What is the difference between a Main Rack and an Add-on Rack?
The difference lies in the uprights: a main rack is a starter unit with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is an extension unit that connects to the main rack with only 1 upright.
Q Can you produce goods with OEM/ODM designs and provide installation support?
Yes, we have rich experience in OEM/ODM customization. For assembly, we provide detailed instructions for every shelf type, along with phone, face-time, or video support. For large mezzanine or racking projects, technical staff or professional installation teams can be arranged.
Q What are the warranty period and nearby loading ports?
The warranty is from 3 to 5 years. Our closest loading ports are Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou. If your forwarder is in Foshan or Shenzhen, delivery to their warehouse can also be arranged.
