Industrial Roller Tracks for Versatile Applications
Fitted with large-diameter 32 mm rollers suited to the majority of applications. The high density of 28 rollers per linear metre means only 2 mm spacing between rollers. This high density ensures a smooth flow. The zinc roller track can be used in many fields, such as worktables, furniture, pipe racks, production lines, office facilities, storage racking equipment, and other appliances to raise operational efficiency.
A fluent bar is also known as a slideway, primarily available as sheet metal fluency bars and aluminum alloy fluency bars. Because of convenient installation and smooth, agile product flow, it is widely used in material racks of workshops and assembly spaces. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What kinds of supplier are we?
A: We were a standard t-slot and v-slot aluminum supplier, but we found this wasn't what our customers needed. Our customers needed a company who was willing to go the extra mile to help them from start to end. From there we found our niche by being a full-service custom industrial solutions provider. We believe that no project is too small, and we've never found a project too big to handle. Over the past 10 years, we have provided not only materials but also a professional Research & Design technical department for your benefit.
Q2: What is the lead time for small orders and mass production?
A: It takes approximately 7 to 10 days to open new molds, after which we provide trial samples for customer approval before starting mass production. Once the sample is approved, it takes around 10 to 15 days for mass production for a normal 40HQ container.
Q3: How can I get a quotation from your company?
A: In order to provide a quote as quickly as possible, please provide the following details: (1) Detailed drawings (CAD/PDF/DWG/IGES/STEP), (2) Material specifications, (3) Order quantity, (4) Surface treatment requirements, and (5) Any special packaging or other requirements.
Q4: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Yes, we offer free samples valued under $50. While international shipping costs are covered by the customer, if you provide a DHL or FedEx account, we can dispatch your free samples promptly.
Q5: What materials and models are available for your roller tracks?
A: We supply frames manufactured from Galvanized Steel and Aluminum Alloy (thicknesses of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, or customized). Rollers are manufactured in durable PE and ABS, supporting models like GF-35, GF-40, GF-40A, GF-40B, GF-41, GF-44, GF-60A, GF-60B, and others.
Q6: Are the roller tracks and conveyors customisable for specific workspace layouts?
A: Yes, all of our conveyors and fluency bars are customised to fit specific space requirements using robust aluminium profile structures. They can be integrated into worktables, furniture, pipe racks, and automated warehouse lines.
