Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufactory for storage rack.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. You can fly to Nanjing airport directly. We will pick you up at Nanjing international airport. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
What is the raw material of your products?
The material we choose is high-grade Q235 steel.
What is the packaging of the products?
Standard export package. All parts are packed with steel belt and covered by plastic film to prevent damage during transit.
What is the term of payment and delivery port?
Payment term is T/T payment. Nanjing or Shanghai port will be used as the standard loading port.
What is your delivery time and sample policy?
Delivery normally takes 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on order quantity and racking types. Short sections of samples are available free of charge, with international courier costs borne by clients.
