QWhat is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; less than 500pcs takes 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery depends on the quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
QWhat are the payment and trade terms?
Payment term is 40% deposit, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are all welcomed. Generally, we use EXW or FOB trade terms, but other terms can be negotiated.
QDo you provide OEM and ODM customization services?
Sure, we welcome OEM and ODM orders and have very rich experience and strong innovation ability in customizing shelves.
QWhat should we do if we encounter problems during installation?
