Are you a factory or trading company? Where is your factory located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.

What is your delivery time and MOQ limitation?
For standard size models with material in stock (less than 500pcs), delivery is 3-7 days. For customized models, it generally takes 7-15 days. We don’t have an MOQ limitation, but for orders under 10pcs without shared containers, purchasing locally is recommended due to international freight costs.

What are your terms of payment and trade terms?
We require 40% deposit, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT payments are welcome. Generally, our trade terms are EXW or FOB (loading ports: Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou), with other terms open to negotiation.

Can you manufacture OEM/ODM designs, and what is the difference between a main rack and add-on rack?
Yes, we offer professional OEM and ODM services. The primary difference between the two styles is the upright: a main rack is a starting rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack continues the row using only 1 upright.

What support is provided if installation problems are encountered?
We provide detailed installation instructions and video guidance free of charge. Our engineers can also support via phone, FaceTime, or video call. For large projects or mezzanine floors, on-site installation guidance can also be provided.

What is the product warranty and packaging method?
Our racks carry a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years. Standard packing uses flat bubble wrap film, and customized packaging such as wooden crates is available upon request.
