A For customized orders, the lead time is generally 7–15 working days, depending on the final quantity and specifications.
Q4 What’s your MOQ? Can I place a small trial order first?
A We don’t have a strict MOQ. Small trial orders are totally welcome. But if the quantity is really low (like less than 10 sets), international shipping alone will be quite expensive, so we usually suggest combining it with other goods in a container to save cost.
Q5 What is the term of payment?
A We accept T/T payment terms: 35% deposit to confirm the order, and the balance to be paid before shipment. For long-term cooperative customers, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms based on mutual trust.
