A: We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers, located in Guangzhou, China.
Q: What is your standard delivery time?
A: For standard size models with material in stock (under 500 pcs), it takes 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days depending on quantity. We can complete 9 containers (332 CBM) within 15 days.
Q: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: The standard payment term is a 40% deposit with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. We also accept payment via Credit Card or Alibaba platform. Trade terms are usually EXW or FOB, with others open for negotiation.
Q: How do you support installation if we encounter difficulties?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions and drawings for every model. If needed, our engineers can guide you via phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floors or large-scale projects, we can also dispatch technical staff or an installation team to manage the site assembly.
Q: What is the difference between a "Main Rack" and an "Add-on Rack"?
A: The primary difference lies in the uprights: a Main Rack is the starter unit with 2 upright frames, while an Add-on Rack is an extension unit that attaches directly to the run using only 1 upright frame.

A: We provide a 3 to 5-year warranty. Racks are standardly flat-packed using protective air bubble film, with wooden box options available based on customer requirements. Nearby shipping ports include Nansha and Huangpu in Guangzhou.
