What is your payment term?
A
Basically, we have two standard methods: One: 30% advance with order, 70% upon copy Bill of Lading. Two: L/C at sight. However, we are flexible and are always thinking to find a balance which is good to both companies. For any big order, we accept 20% advance for us to prepare steel coils.

What is your delivery term?
A
It depends though our usual production leadtime is 2-4 weeks. For standard systems less than 4 containers size, like traditional pallet rack, bulk rack, longspan etc. 3 weeks is just good. We prefer you to speak to our services for accurate delivery schedules. For large orders, partial shipments are preferable. We are so logical that we keep your installation going on while production continues.

How many color finishes do you have?
A
Here are some standard colors that are commonly used: RAL7035, RAL 5012, RAL5015, RAL5017, RAL6000, RAL2004, RAL1037. If you are a big volume buyer, we are happy to do whatever color you like, with no extra charge for a special color.

We have many similar and success stories like that. Our people are trained to raise quotations in a way that you feel comfortable with. Possibly what you need is a tape and one of our specialists is there to talk you through the process including paperwork.

What is your packaging and container loading like?
A
The basic idea is that our packaging is designed to make both loading and unloading easier. Materials from your order are palletized and accessible to a forklift. We test packaging and continuously optimize protection, stacking quantities, banding strength, and bottom footings. All bundles are neatly stuffed in containers with air pillows filling gaps to eliminate transit movement, secured with metal wires at container doors whenever necessary.
