QWhat is your payment term?
Basically, we have two standard methods: One: 30% advance with order, 70% upon copy Bill of Lading. Two: L/C at sight. However, we are flexible and are always thinking to find a balance which is good to both companies. For any big order, we accept 20% advance for us to prepare steel coils.
QWhat is your delivery term?
It depends, though our usual production leadtime is 2-4 weeks. For standard systems less than 4 containers size, like traditional pallet rack, bulk rack, longspan etc., 3 weeks is just good. We prefer you to speak to our services for accurate delivery schedules. For large orders, partial shipments are preferable so your installation can proceed while production continues.
QHow many color finishes do you have?
Standard commonly used colors include RAL7035, RAL 5012, RAL5015, RAL5017, RAL6000, RAL2004, and RAL1037. If you are a big volume buyer, we are happy to customize any color you request without extra charge.

QWhat is your packaging and container loading like?
Our packaging is designed to facilitate easy forklift loading and unloading. Materials are palletized, reinforced with banding, and securely positioned. Air pillows and metal tie-downs are utilized within containers to eliminate shifting during transit.
