How are racks protected against monsoon humidity and coastal air?

All steel components go through pickling and phosphating pretreatment before electrostatic powder coating, which improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. For cold stores, open-sided sheds and coastal sites, galvanized components can be specified at the design stage.

What information is needed for a racking layout design?

Please share your warehouse drawing (CAD or PDF), clear height, column positions, pallet size and maximum load, number of SKUs, forklift type and lift height, and the project city. Our engineers then prepare a free CAD layout and 3D rendering.
