Do you supply warehouse racking to India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal?

Yes. Guangzhou Heda Shelves Co., Ltd. exports containerised racking from South China to major South Asian ports such as Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Chennai, Kolkata, Chattogram, Karachi and Colombo. Landlocked projects in Nepal and Bhutan are usually routed via Kolkata or Visakhapatnam with inland transit.

How are racks protected against monsoon humidity and coastal air?

All steel components go through pickling and phosphating pretreatment before electrostatic powder coating, which improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. For cold stores, open-sided sheds and coastal sites, galvanized components can be specified at the design stage.

What information is needed for a racking layout design?

Please share your warehouse drawing (CAD or PDF), clear height, column positions, pallet size and maximum load, number of SKUs, forklift type and lift height, and the project city. Our engineers then prepare a free CAD layout and 3D rendering.

Which certifications does HEDA Shelves hold?

HEDA Shelves holds CE certification No. 2435-CPR-8605159, ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification No. 18624Q00169R0M (valid until 2027-06) and RoHS compliance.

Do you provide installation support in South Asia?

Every shipment includes numbered components, installation drawings and video guidance so local contractors can install efficiently. On-site supervision by HEDA engineers can be arranged for larger or complex projects.

What load capacities are available?

Capacities are engineered per project. Typical references include heavy duty cantilever racking up to 3,000 kg per level and mezzanine floors from 300 to 1,000 kg per square metre, with custom capacities available on request.
