Are you a factory or trading company, and where are you located?
We are factory which is established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, less than 500pcs, 3-7 day is ok; For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In generally, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM, 9 containers.
What are your payment terms and trade terms?
Payment term: 40% of deposit, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card or Alibaba platform and TT are welcome. In generally, trade terms will be EXW or FOB, other terms can be negotiated. Closest loading ports are Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou.
Do you have an MOQ limitation and are samples available?
We don't have MOQ limitation. However, if you don't have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10pcs, we recommend buying at the local market due to shipping costs. Samples are available at any time, but we suggest checking raw material samples due to the large product size.
What if we encounter problems during installation or don't have installers?
We provide detailed installation drawings and video instructions for every shelf type free of charge. If needed, our engineers can guide you via phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floor projects or large operations, we can also offer technical staff or professional installation teams to handle the installation work.
What is the difference between main rack and add on rack, and what is your warranty?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright. Main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, and add on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. Our product warranty ranges from 3 years to 5 years.
