Are you a factory or trading company?
We are factory which is established in 1998 with more than 300 workers.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, less than 500pcs, 3-7 day is ok; For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In generally, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM, 9 containers.
What are the payment and trade terms?
The payment term is 40% deposit, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. TT and Credit card or Alibaba platform are welcome. In generally, we use EXW or FOB terms; other terms can be negotiated.
Could you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves according to your specific size and load requirements.
What if we can't install it or we encounter problems during installation?
We will provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also ask engineers to teach you by phone, face-time or video. For racking mezzanine floor cases or large projects, we can offer technical staff to guide the work or provide our professional installation team.
What is the warranty period and packing method?
Our product warranty ranges from 3 years to 5 years. Generally, storage racks are flat packed by air bubble film, and other packing options like wooden boxes are available upon request.
