Are you a factory or trading company? Where are you located?
We are a direct factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; less than 500pcs is ready within 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days depending on the quantity (e.g., up to 332 CBM / 9 containers finished within 15 days).
What are your payment and trade terms?
Standard payment is a 40% deposit with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery. TT, credit card, and Alibaba platform payments are supported. Common trade terms are EXW or FOB, and other terms can be negotiated.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starter rack built with 2 upright frames, while the add-on rack is an extension rack that connects using only 1 shared upright frame.
What if we encounter problems during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf along with video guides. If needed, engineers can instruct you via phone, video call, or provide technical on-site guidance and team installation support for large projects.
What is your product warranty?
