Are you a factory or trading company? Where is it located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our factory is located in Guangzhou.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is standard. For customized models, the delivery date depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can complete production in 15 days for orders under 332 CBM (9 containers).
What are your terms of payment and trade terms?
Payment requires a 40% deposit, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery (Credit card and Alibaba platform payment are also accepted). We generally trade under EXW or FOB terms; other terms can be negotiated.
Do you accept OEM and ODM design orders?
Sure, we have extensive experience in customizing shelves according to project requirements.
How is installation handled if we have questions or need guidance?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every shelf model. If needed, engineers can provide guidance by phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine or large-scale projects, we can send technical staff to direct assembly.
What warranty do you offer on your storage racks?
Our products come with a warranty ranging from 3 years to 5 years.
