QAre you a factory or trading company? Where is it located?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers. Our manufacturing facility is located in Guangzhou.
QWhat is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we keep plenty of material in stock; for orders under 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days depending on quantity. We can fulfill production within 15 days for orders under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).
QWhat are your payment and trade terms?
Payment term requires a 40% deposit, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card and Alibaba platform payments are also accepted. For trade terms, we generally use EXW or FOB, and other terms can be negotiated.
QWhat is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The primary difference is the upright setup. The main rack is the starter unit with 2 upright frames, while the add-on rack is an extension unit designed with only 1 upright frame to attach to an existing system.
QHow do you assist if we encounter installation problems?
We provide detailed installation drawings and instructions for every shelving model. In addition, our engineers can assist via phone, video call, or FaceTime. For mezzanine floors or large-scale projects, our professional installation team can be dispatched to guide or manage the installation process.
QWhat are your warranty policy and packaging methods?
We provide a warranty from 3 to 5 years. Standard packaging includes flat packing with air bubble film, and customized solutions such as wooden boxes are available upon client request.
